Alistair Shepherd Cross
President and Co-founder of Agile Recruiting. Alistair runs the recruitment part of Agile Recruiting and has a no-nonsense direct approach to the business. British, not Australian, as many people think, he is married with two young boys. He can be found fly fishing, snowboarding, bike riding, or his newest sport, escalator surfing in Vegas. He’s a person who loves the outdoors and has a passion for a balanced life, spending his free time in the Pincher Creek area.

Mini Seghal
Digger, as she is affectionately known, is the most determined recruiter we have ever met and she has an amazing ability to locate the best resourses in Calgary. Her kind and caring nature belies a steely resolve making her a great recruiter. Mini is married with two kids. She grew up in Bearspaw on a small farm where milking goats was one of her jobs. If you wanted to find her you would likely find her at an epicurean wine and food festival but not near the goat cheese section.

Jennifer Bentley
A seasoned recruiter with a relaxed easygoing nature, Jen is terrific at putting everyone at ease. Jen is married with 2 kids and can be found standing in cold hockey rinks or swimming pools watching her kids do their thing, answering endless emails from the Agile team (bless the Blackberry). She likes to spend summer vacations at the family cabin on Mara Lake.

Kelly Benson
Kelly looks after a number of Agile’s clients as well as being involved in day-to-day recruiting activities, like everyone else at Agile. Although Kelly is very professional and polished, she is the klutz in the team - always the first one to trip over something in the office or bang her knee on the desk. You will find her playing defence for her girls’ hockey team, doing many volunteer activities i.e., United Way or St. Francis Xavier University, or walking her beloved dog Dallas. Kelly is married with no kids…yet.

Chris Cavilla
The newest member of the Agile team, he is an experienced recruiter who has fit in perfectly with our team. He is very personable and is always in an up beat mood. Chris loves playing and watching sports, eating and loves to do it all in his hot tub at the same time. One of 8 children, he is married with only 2 kids (ages 4 & 2 - they are his retirement strategy - future NHLer’s) Sadly, he is a Canucks fan.
