Referrals are the heart and soul of our business. We work exclusively with candidates who have been recommended to us by people we respect and trust in the local IT market. We identify and represent candidates whom normally are hidden from view, the passive job hunter. Because of this, both Agile and our clients have complete confidence in the quality of candidates that we represent.

To show our appreciation for our extended family, we host an annual Celebration. All of the current and past candidates we have placed are invited to join us in a night of fun and celebration.  In 2008 and 2009, we also held a hugely successful Big Money Giveaway, which saw us reward the people who helped make our business a success by giving away $5000 respectively.  It was so much fun we plan to do it again!
